Amidst this growing culinary landscape, Grey Ghost stands out as a restaurant that has become part of the fabric of Detroit dining, an establishment that balances creativity with consistency and continues to draw us back time and again.

Yes, their burger has earned a cult following, but to reduce Grey Ghost to a single dish would be to overlook the depth of its menu. What keeps us coming back is the way the kitchen builds continuity around seasonal change. Dishes rotate often enough to showcase the freshest ingredients, yet certain staples stay long enough for diners to fall in love and return to enjoy them again. On our latest visit, we were delighted to see the crab ravioli and bay scallop return, two of our favorites. At the same time, the eggplant fritters emerged as a new standout, proving that Grey Ghost continues to surprise even its most loyal guests.

Equally important to the Grey Ghost experience is the service, which has always been exceptional. Bri and Jenna, in particular, bring warmth and attentiveness that elevate each visit, turning dinner into something far more memorable. Their hospitality makes every evening feel at once like a celebration and a homecoming.
