We're the Jabri family, Carmine, Kira, and Emma, and together we're Jabri Fine Dining.
The first thing we'd love you to know is that we're a family, not food critics. We're simply passionate about sharing exceptional dining experiences and celebrating the restaurants, chefs, hospitality professionals, and stories that make every meal memorable. Whether it's a neighborhood favorite or a Michelin-starred destination, our goal is to highlight the people, passion, and hospitality behind every experience.
Fine dining has always been part of our family's story, and Emma has been joining us at the table since she was very young. She has grown up experiencing Michelin-starred restaurants, chef's tables, and remarkable hospitality, developing a genuine appreciation for different cuisines, ingredients, techniques, and cultures along the way.
One of the things we're most passionate about is encouraging families not to be intimidated by fine dining. We believe children are capable of appreciating these beautiful experiences when they're given the opportunity. Restaurants can be incredible places to learn, connect, and discover the world together, and watching Emma's curiosity, confidence, and palate grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of our journey. We hope our experiences inspire other families to create their own traditions around the table.
