Orlando, FL
Foreigner Restaurant was put on our radar during our last trip to Florida and we’re so glad it was. This chef’s table experience, led by the talented and incredibly hospitable Chef Bruno Fonseca, is well on its way from haute cuisine standout to a future Michelin-starred destination.
What began as a pop-up has now flourished into a permanent and thoughtfully designed space in Orlando’s Audubon Park. Chef Bruno brings not only exceptional technique and creativity to the table—but also warmth, generosity, and a genuine connection to his guests. The evening feels more like being welcomed into a fine dining dinner party at home than a restaurant.
The multi-course tasting menu is a beautifully paced journey that evolves. During our visit our menu featured:
The Black Egg
Foie Gras
Tartlet
Charcuterie
Pasta
Duck
Venison
Cheese, Sticky Toffee Pudding & Bonbons to finish
Every plate told a story, every detail was intentional, and every interaction made the experience unforgettable. Foreigner Restaurant is one to watch and one to savor now.
