At Jabri Fine Dining, we seek out not only Michelin stars and white linen but also those rare gems that deliver soul, joy, and unmistakable hospitality. Tamoka, located at the beautiful Ritz Carlton – Dubai, is exactly that kind of place, a breezy beachfront escape where you come for the cocktails and ceviche, but stay for the warmth.
From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. The staff’s energy is infectious, blending laid-back charm with impeccable attention. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto a hidden slice of paradise… and makes you immediately want to come back. If we lived in Dubai full-time, we have no doubt we’d be here weekly.

Let’s talk food. Tamoka’s ceviches are among the freshest and most vibrant we’ve had anywhere, bright, balanced, and bursting with flavor. The menu reflects the coastal cultures of Latin America, with a festive Caribbean flair. Pair that with their inventive cocktails (tropical, bold, and seriously fun), and you’ve got the recipe for a perfect afternoon or sunset dinner.

The beachfront setting adds to the magic. The décor is artfully bohemian, with touches of driftwood, woven textures, and soft ambient lighting that make the whole space feel curated but never forced. It’s effortlessly stylish and deeply comfortable.
One of the highlights of our experience was the incredible opportunity to take a master chef’s class with Chef de Cuisine Ze Sergio Hernandez Ruiz himself. More on that unforgettable experience soon, but it was an honor to learn from such a passionate, creative talent. His love for the flavors and techniques of Latin American coastal cuisine comes through in every dish.

At Tamoka, the food is fresh, the drinks are playful, and the welcome is genuine. You simply can’t leave without feeling full of both joy and incredible flavors. It’s not about fine dining in the traditional sense, it’s about dining finely, with intention, joy, and a little bit of sand between your toes.
Whether you're a local or just passing through,
is a reminder that the best meals aren't always about pomp and prestige. Sometimes, they’re about sunshine, ceviche, and a smile that says, see you again soon.
