The Legend of the Seven Jades

This dazzling centerpiece of the menu is designed for 4–6 guests (although the three of us finished every dish), and it's as theatrical as it is delicious. “The Legend of the Seven Jades” showcases seven ultra-premium ingredients from around the globe, including Spanish Bluefin Tuna, Japanese Hamachi, Golden Kaluga Caviar, Hokkaido Uni, French Rainbow Trout Roe, and tender U.S. beef topped with French black Périgord truffle all presented on elegant jade dishes. The lazy Susan added another fun element where we could spin and create a variety of different combination bites.

Steak Omakase

If you’re in the mood for a more intimate exploration, COTE’s Steak Omakase is a server-led journey through their finest cuts of beef. From USDA Prime to American Wagyu and even A5 Japanese selections, each course is paired with Savory Accompaniments that complement the steak beautifully.


Every bite is explained with knowledge and care but never feels overly formal rather family forward. The experience flows effortlessly, bold yet balanced, indulgent yet grounded.

The staff is polished, intuitive, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the experience they’re creating to truly provide a luxurious Korean BBQ experience.


We usually shy aware of restaurants that seem trendy or flashy, however this space itself is chic and modern. There’s energy in the room — music, conversation, the sizzle of the grill — that makes it feel alive.

It might not be the first place you think of for dinner with kids but trust us: COTE is

absolutely family friendly. The interactive tableside grilling and dramatic plating completely captivated our little ones. The team was so thoughtful, offering kid-friendly tweaks and engaging them in the story of the food. If your child has never been to a Michelin restaurant COTE would be a great first step!


This is the kind of spot where food becomes memory and everyone at the table, no matter their age, feels part of it.
