Her favorite part of the meal is the Edible Balloon, made of apple taffy filled with helium. We all enjoy the tabletop dessert where the table is transformed into a mesmerizing canvas, crafting an edible masterpiece with liquid nitrogen, vibrant sauces, and artistic edible elements. The experience was a true fusion of visual artistry and culinary brilliance, leaving us captivated by the interplay of creativity and taste.
Kira is equally enchanted by the exquisite serving pieces at Alinea. She loves how the restaurant curates a mix of custom pieces, such as the elegant glass rooster, with vintage and thrifted serve ware, creating a unique blend of sophistication and charm.
